Central’s Senior Adults simply refuse to act their age. And that’s okay. From Bible Fellowship groups to areas of ministry to traveling, they are busy doing many of the things for which they never had time—until now. The calendar is always full of events for this group. Bible Fellowship groups on Sunday mornings are taught by experienced, well-qualified teachers. There are men’s, women’s, and coed groups from which to choose. In addition to Bible study, other activities are available.
Our “Golden Agers” get together monthly for fellowship. Approximately once each month a short trip is planned that will include some point of interest and lunch out. There are also special events from time to time including some sight seeing tours. Central's senior adults have reached their "golden years" and have discovered the secret of joy comes in serving others and growing in their walk with the Lord. Many of our senior adults visit local nursing homes and Central's homebound members.
