He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas. He enjoys travel, golf, and family times. |

| Darrell has been at Central since January, 2003. He has been in ministry since June, 1981. He and his wife, Calleen, were married July 17, 1981. They have two married children, Beth and Charla. Darrell is a graduate of Central Baptist College, Conway and Crichton College, Memphis, Tennessee. He enjoys music, outdoor activities and Alabama football. |

| Mike joined the Central staff in May of 2004. Mike and his wife, Teresa have been married since 1985 and they have three children: Lauren , Olivia and Morgan. Mike has been in ministry since 1983. He is a graduate of Central Baptist College in Conway, AR and has done additional studies at Mid-America Seminary in Memphis, TN. Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends , good coffee, good music, and many outdoor activities. |

| Michael has been at Central since August 2nd, 1998. He has been in ministry since December 1992, and has been married to his wife, Christi, since December 16th, 1995. They have two daughters, Kamy Lee and Mattie Lauren. Michael was born June 10th, 1974 in Little Rock, AR. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR in 1997 with a B.A. in Youth Ministry and a B.S.E. in Health & Physical Education, and is currently working on his Master of Arts in Religion. Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, music, reading, hunting, fishing, playing spades, golf, basketball, football and other sports. |

| Ben has been a member of Central since 1996 and began serving on the Central staff in December of 2001. In July of 2000 he married his wife Amy and they have a son, Connor and a daughter, Claire. Ben is a graduate of Central Baptist College, Conway and is currently enrolled in the Masters program at Liberty University to pursue a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching reality TV (Survivor, Amazing Race), cooking, politics and rooting for the Razorbacks. |

| Kent joined the Central Church Staff in August of 2007. He was born October 22, 1984 and married his wife, Sarah, in June of 2006. Kent is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Music. He enjoys music, golf, hunting, fishing, McDonald’s sweet tea, and spending time with his wife, family and friends. |

| Beth Manning joined the Central staff in May 2008. In 2000, she married the love of her life, Mike, with whom she shares two beautiful children, Camryn and Mitchell. Beth attended the University of the Ozarks and Arkansas Tech University. She has a passion for children and children's ministries. She enjoys reading books by many Christian authors, with James being her favorite book of the Bible. Beth enjoys a life rich with family and friends. She constantly listens to music and can play a mean game of Cranium. |

| Gayla Pickard has been a member of Central since 1999. She has been serving on staff since August of 2005. Gayla and her husband, Tim, were married in November of 1992. They have two children, Cole and Kenzie. Gayla attended Central Baptist College and Graduated from Arkansas Tech Universtiy with a degree in Elementary Education. She enjoys being with her family and spending time on her parents farm. |

| Maggie is the wife of Senior Pastor Don Chandler and has been a member at Central since 1979. She attended the University of Central Arkansas and Central Baptist College in Conway. She has written four books, co-created a weekly television show, and served as personal assistant to Governor Mike Huckabee. Maggie enjoys golf, the company of good books, travel (especially the New England coast), black coffee, and autumn. She also loves teaching her Bible class, writing newspaper and magazine columns, and spending quality time with her six grandchildren. |
